I Musici de Montréal

«I Musici de Montréal» is a chamber orchestra from Montreal. It was founded in1983 by an outstanding cellist Juli Turovski, graduated from the Moscow State Tchaikovski Conservatory. It consists of 15 musicians, whose repertoire includes works from baroque to contemporary music. «I Musici de Montréal» is one of the most famous chamber orchestra in America. Since their debut in 1983 «I Musici de Montréal» has recorded more than 40 albums. The album «Chandos et Analekta» was successful in fifty countries around the world. The orchestra tours extensively abroad and gives about a hundred concerts per year.
In 2004 «I Musici de Montréal» received the prize «Raynnement à l 'étranger» for their influence abroad. In March 2009 Daniel was given the same award. In summer 2010 Daniel and «I Musici de Montréal» prepared a joint concert, which was shown in the suburbs of Montreal. The concert consisted of two parts:
In the first part «I Musici de Montréal» performed:
Borodin Quatuor no 2 Scherzo Dvorjak Serenade opus 22 Final.
In the second part: Debussy Quator opus 10 1-er movement.
The choice of classical music for the performance was made by Daniel.
