Two albums-souvenirs are dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Petite-Vallée.
The company «Productions de l'onde» will release two albums with best moments of the Festival of the Song in Petite-Vallée in a digital sound recording “des meilleurs moments du Festival” in honor of the 30th anniversary of the Festival on June 19.

The Festival of the Song in Petite-Vallée will receive creators and fans of a frankofonny song on its 30th release from the 24th of June to 2nd of July, 2012.

The famous performers, namely Michel Fugain and Catherine Major, the Muse of the thirtieth anniversary, whose career began in Petite-Vallée in 2002, will become the heart of the celebration.
It should be mentioned that the Festival gave popularity to a great number of Quebec’s performers: Isabelle Boulay, Daniel Boucher, Catherine Major, Pépé, Alecka and quite recently - Bernard Adamus, Patrice Michaud, Lisa LeBlanc and Émile Proulx-Cloutier. There will be no competitions anymore. Numerous grants will be handed as encouragement, emphasizing the importance of the selected participants. The creators of this release who are called «Arrimeurs»: Marie-Claire Séguin, Michel Faubert, Pierre Flynn and Edgar Bori.
In the album Volume 1 you can meet performers who are well known for a long time, but you can also discover the real treasures and unique versions! And in the album Volume 2 you can hear the performers of the Festival of the Song, who are even more amazing!
