The revised and expanded version of «Douze hommes rapaillés», musical homage to the poet Gaston Miron, will be presented during FrancoFolies festival in Montreal Théâtre Maisonneuve de la Place des Arts. The first album will soon be awarded the gold disc, the second one, just in two months, is already close to 12 000 sold copies (as per Francos). Marc Béland ,Yann Perreau, Martin Léon, Jim Corcoran, Michel Rivard, Pierre Flynn, Vincent Vallières, Michel Faubert, Daniel Lavoie, Louis-Jean Cormier, Richard Séguin, Yves Lambert and Gilles Bélanger also thrill the audience in this performance.

For the National Day on June 23 Plaines d'Abraham (Quebec) Daniel promised to perform his old songs, the success of which is so important to his fans. For him, this festival is also an opportunity to have fun and to celebrate. Artist has prepared a new album, tentatively envisaged for the autumn. But he prefers to keep the content of this CD a secret.

The play «12 Hommes» in Trois-rivieres on the occasion of the 27th international festival of poetry.
The 27th International Festival of Poetry in Trois-Rivières, lasted from September 30 to October 9, was devoted to Quebec poet Gaston Miron.
Gaston Miron`s poem «Je suis arrivé à ce qui commence», who died 15 years ago, stands at the forefront of this issue presentation.
«12 hommes rapaillés» also distinguishes Louis-Jean Cormier, Vincent Vallières, Michel Rivard and Daniel Lavoie among the others.
This performance is of particular importance to its president Gaston Lamarre. «We hope that audience will come. This release represents a long period in the history of Quebec poetry with these 15 years since the death of Gaston Miron and tribute that we also want to give to another Quebec poet Paul-Marie Lapointe, who passed away a few days ago», - he says.
